What are the setup requirements for a claw machine?

Our machines simply require a standard electrical outlet and a sturdy tabletop or surface that can safely support the weight of the machine. If you choose to rent one of our claw machine pedestals, no table is needed. We’ll handle the full setup.
Can the claws be used outdoors?

Yes! Our claw machines can be used outdoors, but they should be placed in a covered, shaded area to protect them from direct sunlight and unexpected rain.
How long can I keep the claws?

Our standard rental period is 3 hours. If you need more time, you can add additional hours to your rental. For longer events, we’re happy to create a custom full-day quote.
Who provides the prizes?

We offer a variety of curated prize packages, including options that can be personalized for your event. You’re also welcome to supply your own prizes if you prefer. We’ll help guide you on what prize sizes and quantities work best with the machine.
How do I reserve for my event?

Since every event is unique, we ask that you complete our “Request a Quote” form. We’ll send you a custom quote based on your event details. To reserve your date, a deposit is required, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.
